RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At AP Club, most products are special-order items sourced directly from our suppliers specifically for each customer. For this reason, all sales are considered final except in the situations outlined below.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted to our supplier, entered production, or shipped.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind.
  • Customer ordering error.
  • Delivery delays beyond estimated timeframes.
  • Vehicle compatibility issues when compatibility was not confirmed prior to purchase.
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or used.
  • Special-order, custom-order, or imported-on-demand products.

All delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Claims will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product is defective.
  • The incorrect product was received.
  • The package has been officially declared lost by the shipping carrier.

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Photos of the product.
  • Photos of the packaging.
  • Their order number.
  • Any additional information required to process the claim.

LOST PACKAGES

If a package is declared lost by the shipping carrier, AP Club will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

No refund will be issued until the carrier’s investigation has been completed.

Once the package has been officially declared lost, AP Club may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product or issue a refund.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only.

Delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, customs agencies, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for order cancellation or refund once the order has been shipped.

REFUNDS

If a claim is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by AP Club or otherwise required by applicable law.
